By signing up and actively using the Butterfliesnroses program you agree
to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Butterfliesnroses may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this
agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members.
Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an
admin email at Butterfliesnroses.Com If any modification is unacceptable
to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Should you
choose to terminate this agreement by canceling your account, you
forfeit all earnings and referrals in doing so. Your continued participation
in the Butterfliesnroses program following our posting of a change in
policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding
acceptance to the change.
Limitation of Liability
Butterfliesnroses will not be liable for lost profits, lost business
opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or
consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or
Butterfliesnroses program, even if Butterfliesnroses has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Butterfliesnroses aggregate
liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total
fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of
this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Relationship of the Parties
You and Butterfliesnroses are independent contractors, and nothing in
this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise,
sales representative or employment relationship between you and
Butterfliesnroses.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or
accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of
Butterfliesnroses.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or
otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely
responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned
while using the program.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing
(i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass
communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your
membership with Butterfliesnroses.com and may result in legal prosecution.
Butterfliesnroses.Com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a
federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their
account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future
earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate
with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming
incident Butterfliesnroses.com may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent.
Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all
involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also
constitutes fraud. Butterfliesnroses.com will file charges for recovery of
any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
Search Allowed Countries
Only certain countries are allowed to search: The countries allowed
are: United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland,
France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand,
Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. If anyone
is caught Searching or having search option checked and are from a
non-approved search country, you will be deleted, earnings forfeited and
banned from this site.
Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program.
Our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void
where prohibited by local governing laws. You must log in and click a
minimum of 50 "Email Links" every 30 days to remain active at
Butterfliesnroses. ALL inactive accounts will be deleted. You must agree to the Terms
and Membership requires that you read, type and understand the English
language.

You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the
sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may NOT sign-up
multiple times with different e-mail addresses. You must access your account
from the computer (IP) you signed up with. Your computer must NOT be
shared with another individual that has an existing Butterfliesnroses
account.
Paid To Promote Feature
Butterfliesnroses has A Paid to Promote Feature that will pay you .50c CPM (24 Hour unique hits. You MUST have at least $0.10 in personal (not downline) earnings per $1.00 of PTP earnings in order to receive Payout (10% of Self Earnings to PTP earnings). This will not be difficult at all, we just do NOT wish to have people sign up for our program ONLY to use the PTP feature, we are a Paid-To-Read site with an added bonus of PTP. I will also take into consideration personal points clicks when looking for activity.
It is each member's responsibility to check our approved sites list PRIOR to advertising their PTP Links. If the site you wish to advertise with is not on our approved list, contact us with the exact URL of the website in and we will check and add it if the site is sustainable.
We also recommend that you check your PTP statistics often. If your link receives too much proxy or invalid traffic, your link will automatically be suspended by the system. Once your link receives 15% or more in invalid traffic, the system will AUTOMATICALLY suspend your PTP Link. It is the member's responsibility to monitor their link and avoid link suspension
Other Rules or Reason for cause of Termination
Butterfliesnroses will strive to keep a clean and active member base. We
will work our best to answer all you're questions to the best of our
ability. There may be times we will not have a immediate answer and will
not tolerate any foul language or hate mail of any sort. Any such
behavior will be cause for immediate deletion of you're account.
If you are caught using ANY kind of "cheating" software, mass sign-up
software or link grabbing software, YOU WILL BE DELETED!! you will
forfeit all prior earnings and referrals.
If You are found to be cheating at one of our Sisters Sites, Your account
will be deleted at all of our sites.
Admin messages sent to the members are solely intended for the members of this site only. If you are found to be copying these Admins in any other forum such as GPF, or Been Paid or any other forum without the consent of the program owner, your account will be deleted and all earnings and downlines will be forfeited. We wish you to resolve your complaint with the owner first - but pasting of Admin messages to members of this site is prohibited and will not be tolerated.
You can not set your account on vacation for a period exceeding 20
days. You must be active for 15 days between vacation requests. At times a
situation may require you to be away longer and we do understand, but
you MUST first contact the admin to grant you a extension. If you are found to be clicking during a period that you have your account set on vacation, you will be deleted and earnings will be lost without question. It is the members responsibility to remove your vacation status upon your return and BEFORE you begin clicking.
You must have Valid Full First and Last Name, Address and payout information in your account. All users information is verified - Should you not provide any of the following information accurately your account will be lost and all earnings forfeited.

There will be times when Admin message will be sent with one bad answer and one good answer to select, as a form of trying to catch non English readers or members who are just not paying attention. All the bad answers will be marked something to the affect of "Delete my account". If you choose the answer that says that you want your account deleted - you WILL be deleted and all earnings will be lost. Make sure you Read the admins - they are send with the intention of you reading them!
Turning Number is enabled. Fail to turn 20 correct numbers and you're
account will be terminated. If you feel you're situation requires you
to have these numbers turned off please contact admin with your
explanation and we may grant them disabled for you.
We do not allow members to sell their accounts or redemptions. Members
caught selling their accounts without permission will be terminated
immediately.
Payment Information:
Members may earn by receiving and READING paid-emails and visiting the
advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area
on the website provided by Butterfliesnroses.
Members may earn extra income by referring new members. Members will
earn 15% of their direct referrals cash earnings. Members must be 25% as
active as the members downline to earn from them. You will NOT be
credited if you have not met the activity requirements.
Payouts will be made by Verified PayPal or E-Gold. You must have a Verified Paypal Account and Egold Payouts are subject to a 10% fee. Butterfliesnroses will pay
members when their balance reaches $5.00 (Or lower depending on your Membership Level) and you have requested payment. If you are using the Paid the promote feature you must have at least 10% in self earnings by Paid to read or Paid to Click Earnings in order to be paid. Example if you have $1.00 in PTP earnings you must have .10c in self earnings. There is a maximum amount of $15.00 you can be paid out in a 30 day period for all members (this has
been added to terms to keep the site debt down from Members who are not
converting there PTP credits until it reached up to $50.00).
Paypal Payments will be paid to Verified Accounts within 30 days of request or a reasonable
time after. E-Gold Payments are subject to a 10% fee and are paid when
funds are available. All payouts will be paid in the order in which they
are received.
